2 dogs per RV. A non-refundable pet deposit is required per pet and size. Pictures of pets are required and must be submitted before check-in. Currently, we do not allow bully breeds, mixes, or terrier bulldogs.

If over 10 years old, we require a recent picture of all 4 sides. If the RV looks in good condition, we will accept over 10 years.

It is $800 a month per 2 people per RV. it is an additional $50 per month per person over the age of 16. Depending on the size of the RV, we do have a maximum capacity requirement. For larger RVs, the capacity is 6 people or less and for smaller RVs it is 4 people or less. If the RV is smaller than 25ft the capacity is 2 people.

Yes, all guests will have to pay a nonrefundable $60 RV spot fee.

All RVs must be RV-certified. We do not allow tents, conversion trailers, tiny homes, mobile homes, or manufactured homes.
